Evidence for Change

If you work within a team that has identified a practice issue that you want to change then the programme will be of particular interest. Teams would learn how to find, evaluate and analyse evidence to inform a practice change. By using evidence to design, plan and implement an informed practice change with the focus towards tackling health inequality.

Funded by NIHR CLAHRC NWC, the programme is aimed at teams of practitioners who wish to find, evaluate and use available evidence in order to inform a change within their professional practice. This includes supporting practitioners to recognise and seek solutions to tackling health inequality within their area of work.  The programme is a blend of teaching and learning methods spread over seven to eight months and is designed to integrate learning and researching skills with professional practice.  Opportunities for reflection, peer support and mentoring are also interwoven throughout the programme.
